Digital Product & AI Manager – at Pon Holdings I’m the Product Owner in the Corporate Communications department. In practice the role is just as much product management: I own digital products from idea to delivery and make sure what we build actually solves the problem.

What I do

• Own and shape digital products that support internal and corporate communications
• Translate stakeholder requirements into clear, deliverable roadmaps
• Explore and apply AI where it creates real value, from n8n workflows and automation to other AI initiatives across the organisation
• Deliver communications across Dutch, English and German

It is the kind of work I enjoy most: sitting between the business and the technology, and making sure the two understand each other.
