Select Festival

Select Festival is house and techno in the broadest sense, from disco to acid, from electro to 90’s rave, with real attention for other art forms and culture alongside the music.

I co-founded it in 2019 in Gouda, combining my drive to build with a passion for cultural events. What started as an in-person gathering grew into something bigger. We launched Select Broadcast in 2020 to keep the community connected, and have since hosted everything from intimate gatherings to a boat party celebrating Gouda’s 750th anniversary.

My role

• Co-founder, responsible for the concept, brand identity and visual direction
• Built the digital presence: website, social and the Select Broadcast stream
• Helped shape the lineup, the stages (Zonnedek, De Machinekamer) and the overall experience
